He Qiang, MD, completed fellowship training in plastic surgery at the University Hospitals of Strasbourg and Toulouse in France, where he studied under renowned French plastic surgery professors Jean Yves Petit and Frédéric Bodin, specializing in liposuction and autologous fat grafting, breast plastic surgery, and breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery. He has led one research project funded by the Sichuan Provincial Health Commission.
